Policies

Check in is at 4:00pm, and check out at 11:00am. We do not have an office but can be reached by phone, text, or email. When you check in, we will leave your door unlocked with the keys inside, the light on, and your name on the door. When you check out, please lock the door and leave the keys inside.

For reservations of 1-2 room-nights, we will process your credit/debit card 48 hours prior to your scheduled check in time.

For reservations of 3-9 room-nights, we will process a deposit of 25% of your charge 14 days prior to your scheduled check in time, and we will process the final 75% of your charge 7 days prior to your scheduled check in time.

For reservations of 10 room-nights or more, a 25% deposit will be charged 30 days prior to your scheduled check in time, and we will process the final 75% of your charge 14 days prior to your scheduled check in time.

Cancellations can have an outsized impact on a small hotel. Our policies are designed to recognize this while being as flexible with our guests as we can.

1-2 ROOM-NIGHTS: For rental of 1-2 room-nights, you may cancel without penalty up to 48 HOURS prior to check in (4:00 PM), but we would appreciate as much advanced notice as you can provide.

3-9 ROOM-NIGHTS: If reservation is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your check in, no charges will be made for Deposit or Final Payment. Once 25% Deposit is charged (14 days prior to check in) there will be no Deposit refund for cancellation. Once Final 75% is charged (7 Days prior to stay) there will be no refund for cancellation. IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT YOUR ROOM/ROOMS WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND.

MAJOR RENTALS of 10 ROOM-NIGHTS or more: If reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your check in, no charges will be made for Deposit or Final Payment. Once 25% Deposit is charged (30 days prior to check in) there will be no Deposit refund for cancellation. Once Final 75% is charged (14 Days prior to check in) there will be no refund for cancellation. IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT YOUR ROOM/ROOMS WE WILL PROCESS A REFUND. ‍

Notice requirements are measured from 4:00 pm on the date of scheduled check in. CANCELLATIONS SHOULD BE MADE BY E-MAIL, TEXT, OR BY SPEAKING PERSONALLY WITH THE OWNERS. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE EVIDENCED BY A CONFIRMATION IN ORDER TO BE VALID.

NO CHARGE WILL BE MADE FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS IF WE ARE ABLE TO RE-RENT YOUR ROOM(S) AT THE SAME RATES.

Room rates quoted are based on a maximum of DOUBLE OCCUPANCY. Adults and children over 12 will be charged an additional $20 per night each. There is no charge for children age 12 and under.

SMOKING: All of our rooms are non-smoking. We do provide ash trays and outside seating for your convenience.

Pets are welcome, subject to a $15 per night charge, per pet. This applies to cats and dogs. Small animals kept in cages (Gerbils, Birds, etc.) are free of charge.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR COMMON ROOM as we want to be courteous of all Guest who might be using the common room. Additionally, PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS PROHIBIT PETS IN THE COMMON ROOM AND FOOD PREPARATION AREA.

Missing items will be billed at twice their replacement cost. Missing keys are $75 each. All property, including consumables, are for on-premises use only. Damage to rooms, furniture, linens, or equipment including carpet stains requiring more than normal cleaning, will be charged based on the cost of cleaning, repair or replacement. Please do not use Hair Dyes, Tints, or similar colorants anywhere at the lodge. Permanent staining may require replacement of plumbing fixtures, at customer’s expense. Staff time to clean or repair will be billed at $50 per hour. Contractor charges will be billed at the contractor’s rate, plus 20%..

Personal property left on the premises can be returned, subject to a fifteen dollar ($15) handling fee plus postage.
