CHECK IN / OUT: CHECK IN IS AT 4:00 PM, AND CHECK OUT AT 11:00 AM. OFFICE HOURS ARE IRREGULAR. IF WE ARE NOT AT THE LODGE WHEN YOU CHECK IN, WE WILL LEAVE YOUR DOOR UNLOCKED WITH THE KEYS INSIDE, THE LIGHT ON AND YOUR NAME ON THE DOOR. WE LIVE A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY, AND CAN BE AT THE LODGE IN A MATTER OF MINUTES, IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU NEED. WHEN YOU CHECK OUT, PLEASE LOCK THE DOOR AND LEAVE THE KEYS INSIDE. THANK YOU!
PAYMENT: Unless other arrangements are made, we will process your credit on arrival. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, please let us know. We are happy to accept either.
CANCELATION: In most cases, you may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours prior to your check in time. For reservations of three or more rooms, during the peak season (July - September), a week's notice is required. Later cancellations are subject to charges up to the full amount of the room rental. NO CHARGE will be made if we are able to re-rent the room(s).
OCCUPANCY: Room rates quoted are based on a maximum of double occupancy. Adults and children over 12 will be charged an additional $10 per night each.
PETS: Pets are welcome, subject to a $10 per night charge, per pet. This applies to “Free Range” pets, such as dogs, cats, etc. Small animals kept in cages (Gerbils, etc.) are free of charge.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS: Missing items will be billed at twice their replacement cost. All property, including consumables are for on premises use only. Damage to rooms or equipment, including carpet stains requiring more than spot cleaning, will be charged based on the cost of repair or replacement. Staff time to clean or repair will be billed at $35 per hour.
ITEMS LEFT IN ROOM: Personal property left on the premises can be returned, subject to a five dollar handling fee plus postage. SMOKING: All of our rooms are non-smoking. We do provide ash trays and outside seating for your convenience.
